Majority of our products are handmade, so please allow for approximately 1-5 business days for your order to be despatched.
- Large quantity items and custom orders will take longer depending on the complexity and magnitude of the order.

Unfortunately, Australia Post delivery times are out of our control. For registered post, Australia Post usually have a 1-6 business day delivery time frame.
If no one is available to collect the parcel, a card may be left by Australia Post requesting collection from your local post office. If you do not receive your parcel after 6 business days please contact your local post office, or contact us for your tracking number (if available).
If you have not been away and the parcel have still not arrived, we suggest that you first call your local post office as your parcel may be sitting there and your Australia Post notification notice may have been misplaced.

The quickest and easiest way to pay is by credit card via our National Austalia Bank merchant facility or PayPal.

Yes, we do not have a physical shop, but you can find us at various markets in the Newcastle area. You can also make an appointment for Bridal jewellery at our Charlestown Studio. Please visit the "find us" tab for information:

Unfortunately, we require all our orders to be made online. If you are unsure about using your credit card or Paypal, you can either choose to send us a money order, bank cheque or direct bank deposit instead.

We will not harass you and will only send out an email on an irregular basis. Under no circumstances will we rent or sell your e-mail or residential address for any reason. See our Privacy Statement for more information.

As most of our items are hand made and of limited quantity it may not be possible to order the same item if it is SOLD OUT. If the item is a one-of-a-kind piece you can order a similiar item by messaging me.

FIG Design is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery. We cannot offer a replacement until the investigation from Australia Post has been completed.
If you have not received your order after 14 days, please let us know and we will create an investigation through Australia Post.
